CPR have been awarded 5 stars for their RISQS audit for the third year in a row. The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) provides the rail industry with supplier assurance and is used by Network Rail, Transport for London, passenger and freight operating companies, rolling stock organisations, main infrastructure contractors and many other buying organisations.
An annual external audit is carried out by a third party where CPR's practices and systems are assessed to confirm that standards remain high and that any non-conformances are noted for rectification.
Managing Director of CPR, William Black, said: “CPR Rail Division have had long and extensive experience providing services for clients within the rail sector such as Network Rail, Morgan Sindall, CPMS and Story. We have delivered a rail maintenance framework since 2012 on behalf of Network Rail. This audit and 5 star rating provide a way for CPR to visibly demonstrate our credentials and quality of services within the rail sector."
