You will be responsible for providing administration activities within our CPR Rail team. The Rail Assistant Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of record within IT systems for our Track Access Co-ordinator Senior Responsible manager and co-ordinate activities by liaising with our Contracts Manager (CRE) and Site Supervisors.

Responsibilities include

  • Receive incoming telephone calls and correspondence, take necessary action or direct to appropriate Senior Personnel
  • Contact Rail clients as required for access, notifications and responses required for operational activities
  • Prepare, monitor and update works planning tools
  • Liaise with CPR Plant and other teams as required to ensure timely resource planning
  • Weekly activity of applying for U-secure it
  • Prepare Work Package plans and site packs for operatives
  • Prepare noise letters and apply via LBOX for surrounding neighbours of planned future works
  • Ensure Work Package plans / SWP are handed back at the end of job
  • Assist with Audit preparation
  • Administration duties as required
