Local Authorities
CPR Surfacing Division are a roads contractor providing surfacing services to Local Authorities across Scotland.
We have framework agreements with North Lanarkshire Council and also with the Roads Minor Works Framework. This is a collaboration between four Local Authorities including Ayrshire Roads Alliance, North Ayrshire, Falkirk and West Lothian Councils.
