We are delighted to announce our continued sponsorship of Lomond and Clyde Pipe Band in 2018.
We will be supporting the band as they battle through this year's Championship season. In 2017 the band won three majors - the British, United Kingdom and Scottish Championships - as well as being runner's up at the European and World Championships. The band were also crowned champions of champions and the drum corps finished the season second place in the champions table having won the World and United Kingdom drumming titles. This resulted in their promotion to Grade 1 for the 2018 season.
An itinerary of events can be seen below. We are particularly looking forward to the Scottish Championships, as they will take place in Dumbarton on 28th July 2018, on the doorstep of CPR's Millburn Roads Depot. The season culminates in the World Championships held annually on Glasgow Green, and regarded as the best competition of its kind anywhere in the world.
