CPR Doubles Its Success at Business Awards

CPR won two Business Awards at the Working4Business Awards 2019 in a glittering ceremony on 17th May. The gala dinner celebrated the success of businesses working within West Dunbartonshire and a total of ten business awards were announced to around 200 guests in Clydebank Town Hall.

CPR were announced as winners of the Family Business Award and Best Performing Business (Over 25 employees) categories.

The company had first entered for the awards in 2018, when they had been shortlisted for the Excellence in People Development Award and went on to win the Family Business Award.

In 2019, they not only entered for a second year but participated as sponsor of the Community Impact Award, which was won by Frill Factor CIC.

The awards are the highlight of the business calendar in the area. Guests were entertained by the fabulously funny Karen Dunbar and raised over £1400 for the Children's Hospice charity CHAS.

William Black, Managing Director, said of the company's success:

"The awards are a fantastic way for the team at CPR to receive recognition for the hard work and effort they put into growing the company. We have taken part in the event for two years and each year have been delighted to be shortlisted alongside such a high calibre of companies in the area."

We took part as a sponsor for the first time this year, and the standard of the shortlisted companies was extremely high, each one deserved to win but in the end the Frill Factory piped them to the post; a deserved winner."
