Leisure Attraction Mini Golf Construction

CPR Civil Engineering selected by Lomond Enterprise to construct a family fun adventure mini-golf course on the beautiful banks of Loch Lomond.

Commencing in April 2014, "The Wee Heilan Man Adventure Golf Course" was a test project which saw the removal of  approx. 322 tons of redundant material prior to construction works commencing.

The project included almost 40m3 of concrete, nearly 1000 machine rounded logs, 160 ton of aesthetic Boulders, 100m of ducting and 500m of Hemp Rope which contributed to the successful dramatic finish of the site.

Due volume of material, the skilled CPR Civils Team transported various items of our in-house plant and machinery including our 13.5ton JCB; 1ton and 3ton Excavators; Dumpers; Rollers and more.

The Civils Team worked day and night, including weekends, to ensure the project was complete by early August 2014 which satisfied our clients' requirements.

Being a local company, we were pleased to see that the local newspaper recognised CPR as, "instrumental in the projects construction and, since [the project] has been opened, there has been an increase in visitor attraction".

The project had many difficult factors which required precise co-ordination and great experience and we have recorded the process in the images below to detail the workmanship involved.
